Refund Policy:

Refunds on work that has been prepared, begun or completed are not accepted.  Each item is prepared specifically for the client and can not be returned to stock.  

Oshunslight LLC does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Terms of Service: 

All products and services are completed in the order in which they are received; therefore, processing time will vary but not to extend greater that 1 month from date of original purchase.  

Products to be shipped will include a 3 week processing time for creation and curing of items.  In rare instances, products may be shipped earlier than three weeks.  Additional shipping time may be incurred by the Postal Service, UPS or other carrier; which is beyond the control of Oshunslight LLC. 

Shipping Policy:

Items that are damaged in transit are not the responsibility of Oshunslight LLC.  All fragile items are securely wrapped to aid in the protection of the product.  Once the product leaves our studio, the Postal Service, UPS or other selected carrier maintains responsibility for any and all damages.  Tracking numbers will be sent with orders.

Should items arrive damaged, the customer must contact the carrier for remedy in the situation.
