Returns & Refunds Policy
At Oshunslight, every product and service is intentionally crafted with care, precision, and spiritual alignment. Due to the deeply personalized and energetic nature of our offerings, all sales are considered final.
Custom & Spiritual Products
Each item is created bespoke and made-to-order, often prepared on specific days, during planetary hours, and spiritually attuned to the client’s individual energy and intention. Because of this:
- Returns are not accepted under any circumstances
- Items cannot be restocked, resold, or repurposed once created
Spiritual Services & Spellwork
All spiritual services—including but not limited to candle work, rituals, rootwork, and energy services—require preparation, spiritual focus, and energetic investment.
- Refunds are not available once a service has been prepped, scheduled, or begun
- No refunds will be issued after completion of any spiritual work
- By purchasing, you acknowledge and consent to the energetic nature of the service
Order Cancellations
- Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided that work has not yet begun
- Once materials have been selected, prepared, or spiritually activated, the order is locked in
Shipping, Lost, or Damaged Items
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care and control of the courier. At that point:
- Oshunslight is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- All shipping issues must be addressed directly with the courier
- Customers are responsible for filing any necessary claims with the shipping carrier
We strongly recommend ensuring your shipping address is correct at checkout and monitoring your tracking information closely once your order has been dispatched.
