The Dive

Our Shadow Side is the part of us that we are not aware of but can dictate how we relate to the world and thus the path of our lives.  Carl Jung was a great supporter of the discovery of our Shadow Side and was the contemporary psychologist that began the concept of Shadow Work in modern society.

This ebook will give you prompts that will help you to dive into your shadow side.  Each prompt is open ended and will help you to find things that are hidden in your psyche.
